What's coming and what's out

Wakfu Forja is built in pieces. Here is what we are working on next, and what is already out.

  1. In progress

    Enutrof and Cra

The next two classes with a full guide: the Enutrof, who turns prospecting into loot, and the Cra, who punishes from the far side of the board.

    • One focus per way of playing each class, with the weights the gear finder uses.
    • Recommended spell bar, aptitudes, shards and sublimations for every focus.
    • A How to play guide: class mechanics, rotations and common mistakes.
    • Both stop being greyed out in the class picker and can be saved as a character.

    Classes

    • EnutrofDamage / Prospecting
    • CraRanged damage

    Wakfu Forja goes live

The site leaves our own machines and goes online, at its own address and with nothing for sale.

    • A front page that starts from your class and takes you straight to its build.
    • Its own card when a link is shared, and an About page carrying the notice Ankama's fan site charter asks for.
    • No ads, nothing to sell and no connection to Ankama.
  3. Out now ·

Item lists, and where each thing comes from

Write down what you want to get, and the site tells you where each piece comes from and how much material it adds up to.

    • Your lists: add items from the encyclopedia or from the gear planner, and one item can sit on several.
    • Every item says how it is obtained: the recipe and its ingredients, what drops it, where it is gathered or which crupier sells it.
    • The whole list summed into a single material order, recipes shown as icons and each item in the colour of its rarity.
    • The crupiers and their tokens: what each one trades and at what price.
  4. Out now ·

The site reads in three languages

Spanish, English and French on every page, with the names the game itself uses in each one.

    • Every page has its own address per language, and the picker in the bar takes you to the same page in the other one.
    • Items, monsters, quests, areas, professions and spells under the name Ankama gives them in your language.
    • Numbers and dates are written the way your language writes them, not the way ours does.

An account, characters and game accounts

Save your characters with their gear and aptitudes, and find them again from any computer.

    • Sign in with an email address and a password. Your characters answer to you and to nobody else.
    • Recovery codes, so getting back in does not depend on an email we do not send.
    • Each character with its class, level, face and saved gear, and a dashboard that gathers them all.
    • Professions belong to the game account they are on, exactly as they do in the game.
    • Whatever your browser was already holding is offered to you when you sign in; it is never taken.

    The Feca is playable

The game's defensive class, with all four of its focuses and its own play guide.

    • Shield tank, glyph support, elemental damage and hybrid, each with its recommended gear.
    • Spell bar, aptitudes, shards and sublimations for every focus.
    • A How to play guide for its mechanics: the same spell deals damage, shields or lays a glyph depending on where you cast it.

    Classes

    • FecaTank / Support

    Party composition

Pick who you are taking and the site hands out the roles, says what the party is missing and suggests a class to cover it.

    • Which needs the party covers and which are left uncovered, for the content you are about to run.
    • Class suggestions for the gaps that are left, counting the synergies of the ones already in.
    • Recommended parties of 3 and of 6 for each kind of content.
    • Formation, turn order and warnings about what can go wrong.

    Quest guide and NPC encyclopedia

Which quests belong to each level bracket, in what order, which pay best and which you can skip.

    • 16 level brackets with their arcs, what each one unlocks and the advice on what to do first.
    • A quest search with objectives, XP, kamas and rewards linked to the encyclopedia.
    • Every entry says how the quest starts: who to talk to, where they are and what is worth having done already.
    • An NPC encyclopedia: where to find them and which quests each one hands out.
    • Every bracket links to the build for that level, and every build to the quests that go with it.

    How to play each class

A guide per class and per build type: what to do in a turn, in what order, and what not to do.

    • Spell rotations by level, including the one for before your bar is full.
    • The class's mechanics explained through its own spells.
    • Concrete situations, and the mistakes each focus makes most often.

    My gear

Write down what you are wearing right now and the site tells you which piece to replace first.

    • An equipment screen like the game's, every slot in its place and in its own outline.
    • A comparison between what you wear and what is recommended for your level.
    • The sockets on each item, so the totals match what you actually have on.

    Eniripsa and Iop

Two more classes with a full build: the healer of the game, and the pure melee hitter.

    • The Eniripsa with its healing, ranged damage and hybrid focuses.
    • The Iop with its melee, critical air, banner tank and hybrid focuses.
    • Every focus with its spell bar, its aptitudes, its shards and its sublimations.

    Classes

    • EniripsaHealer / Support
    • IopMelee damage / Tank

An encyclopedia of items and monsters

Everything the game publishes, searchable: what each item does, what drops it and where it lives.

    • Items with their effects, rarity, level and states, using the game's own artwork.
    • Monsters with the areas and dungeons they appear in and what can be taken from them.
    • Harvesting resources with their area and the weather they need.

    Professions

What to craft to level each profession, and which materials it takes to reach the next level.

    • A levelling planner per profession, with filters for rarity, other professions and components only.
    • "My professions": your own levels filter the recipes and fill the calculator in for you.
    • The material icons and the official artwork of every profession.

    The gear finder

The first thing the site ever had: give it a class, a level and a way of playing, and it tells you what to wear in every slot.

    • The best items per slot for your level bracket, with options to leave rarities out.
    • The aptitudes, sockets and sublimations that go with that build.
    • It started with the Sacrier, the class everything else was tested against.

    Classes

    • SacrierTank / Melee damage
